IV. Leadership Advisor
A Confidential Thinking Partner for the Weight You're Carrying
Some decisions are too important to make alone, and too personal to bring to just anyone. This is a confidential place to think clearly, be honest, and get wisdom you can actually use — before Monday.
I work with business owners, leaders, planters, and shepherds who are navigating something big — a hard decision, a season of transition, a team or ministry that's outgrown their current tools for leading it. This isn't therapy, and it isn't consulting in the traditional sense. It's an advisory relationship, a confidential thinking partnership, drawn from Proverbs and tested across decades in the real work of marketplace and ministry.
There are two ways to work together, depending on what you need right now.
Who This Is For
- You lead or own a business, ministry, or team, and people depend on the decisions you make.
- You're facing something — a decision, a transition, a conflict — that's hard to talk through with employees, customers, or family.
- You want a sounding board with real experience, not a script or a certification.
- You want your faith and your leadership to actually integrate, not sit in separate compartments.
What Happens in a Session
BEFORE
You come with the real issue
No agenda-building or small talk to wade through — we start with whatever's actually weighing on you.
DURING
We think it through together
The issue gets examined from more than one angle, with honest pushback where it's needed, not just agreement.
AFTER
You leave with clarity
Every session ends with the core issue named plainly and a decision or next step you can actually act on.
Ongoing Advisory
$750–1,000 / month
A standing monthly rhythm for leaders who want a consistent thinking partner through an extended season — recurring sessions, direct access between calls, and continuity as things develop.
Single Working Session
$225–325 / session
A focused, one-time session for a specific decision or crossroads — when you need clarity now and don't need an ongoing engagement to get it.
