IV. Thinking Partner & Coaching

A Confidential Thinking Partner for the Weight You're Carrying

Some decisions are too important to make alone, and too personal to bring to just anyone. This is a space to think clearly, be honest, and get wisdom you can actually use — before Monday.

I work with leaders, planters, and shepherds who are navigating something big — a hard decision, a season of transition, a team or ministry that's outgrown their current tools for leading it. This isn't therapy and it isn't consulting in the traditional sense. It's a confidential thinking partnership, drawn from Proverbs and tested in the real work of marketplace and ministry.

There are two ways to work together, depending on what you need right now.

Ongoing Coaching

$750–1,000 / month

A standing monthly rhythm for leaders who want a consistent thinking partner through an extended season — recurring sessions, direct access between calls, and continuity as things develop.

Single Working Session

$225–325 / session

A focused, one-time session for a specific decision or crossroads — when you need clarity now and don't need an ongoing engagement to get it.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

How do sessions get booked?

Once your application is approved, booking is confirmed with a deposit. This holds your time and reflects that both of us are serious about the work ahead.

What's the cancellation policy?

Life happens, so reschedule with as much notice as you can. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session or call.

How long does it take to hear back after I apply?

I read every application personally. Expect a reply within a few business days, either way.

Apply to Work Together

A short application helps me understand where you are and whether this is the right fit — I'll follow up personally once I've read it. Please note: confirmed sessions require a deposit, non-refundable within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
